Stan’s expertise ranges from corporate accounts strategy, implementation and business development to the clinical aspects of products ranging from infection control to hemodynamic monitoring and orthopedic devices.

In the last decade in senior management positions with EHM and other organizations, Mr. Schroeder has secured and implemented agreements resulting in over $100 million in new sales for clients.
As managing partner, Stan has helped Frank Ripullo take EHM to the level of “best in class.” The company has grown from a boutique supplier, focused on corporate accounts, to a multi-faceted consultancy. The new EHM has capabilities that allow clients to employ an unparalleled arsenal of tools aimed at penetrating the healthcare market.
In addition to these roles, Stan’s background includes cardiac rehabilitation, exercise technology and testing, public speaking, managed care, long-term and home care, as well as clinical training in respiratory therapy, pressure ulcer prevention, bariatric medicine and infection control. He has worked with the Association of National Account Executives, American Heart Association, Alzheimer’s Association and the American College of Sports Medicine. Stan graduated from South Dakota State University.
